I have been using this brand of diaper doublers for close to 2 years now and recommend it to anyone who had a problem with leaky diapers at night. The pad augment my son's overnight diaper (which we generally size up from his daytime diaper to accomodate him and the pad) as, before we had these boosters, we couldn't make it through the night without a very wet, and very messy child. I personally prefer that the doubler has no adhesive because adhesive generally acts as a barrier to liquid and the point of the diaper doubler is to absorb excess liquid but still pass urine to the regular diaper lining (effectively giving you twice the amount of lining)... adhesive would (in my opinion) ruin the effectiveness so I am happy with the product just the way it is!

Also, I am always paranoid that I will run out of diaper booster pads because they are never on the shelf at Toys-R-Us. So, although more expensive here (by about $4) it is still a relief to know I get get my overnight diaper pads in more place than just one.

One last reommendation for a parent of a leaky baby - we noticed that our leaks dramatically decreased when we moved from on one-piece pajama to a two piece pajama (with a waist band). My son tends to sleep with his butt up in the air so it helps to have another barrier to keep it all inside.
