This thing is exactly what it looks like. Decent quality.(better than expected) Great for tactical classes, running and gunning ect. Comfortable when fully loaded and you still have a good range of motion. You will have to tailor it to fit your body type. It seriously would accommodate a 130-400lbs. person.
